Service technician

Tasks and responsibilities
  • New installations of machines at customers with instruction and training courses
  • Production support
  • Remediation of machine downtimes (diagnostic competence) with remote support (Level 1) or on site at the customer (Level 2)
  • Maintenance and repairs of our machines at the customer’s site
  • Customer training on site at the customer’s site or in-house
  • Preparing and carrying out machine acceptance at the customer’s premises
  • Assistance and support with documentation
  • Capture and record customer needs during deployment
  • Internal assistance in production or test field
Your abilities
  • Apprenticeship as electrician, mechanic, mechatronics technician or automation technician
  • Further education depending on vocational training mechanical or electrical
  • You have well-founded experience in mechanical engineering assembly and commissioning, work independently and customer-oriented.
  • Communication skills, customer orientated, initiative and confident manner
  • Worldwide readiness to travel (duration of 1-3 weeks at a time)
  • German and English (any other language is welcome)
  • Good PC knowledge
